Intent

CAC Admin Bot grew out of the operational reality of running a busy crypto Telegram community: moderation, incentives, payments, and accountability all need to happen where the community already lives. Unlike general-purpose moderation bots, it treats chat operations and JUNO-denominated community finance as one auditable workflow while keeping treasury powers separated from ordinary admin powers.

• Four-tier role model that lets moderators moderate without automatically touching treasury controls.
